I may not be a lawyer, but obviously, Thomas Van Flein needs some outside advice about threatning reporters.
Your client, Sarah Palin, is a public figure. She has been an attention whore for the past year plus, always opening her mouth, and trying to be in the spotlight. She can not feign ignorance of what comes along with being an attention whore.
I suggest you do some research into what being a public figure means (a good start is here), and stop threatning bloggers such as Shannyn Moore. On the other hand, by mentioning Shannyn by name in your public statements, you could be running the risk of being on the receiving end of a C&D or even better, a lawsuit of your own.
